This erases what you've written and mapped. We'd rather you had it, so take a moment — but if you want it gone, it goes.
What gets erased
- Your account and sign-in details
- Every part on your map, and their notes and relationships
- Journal entries, sessions and check-ins
- Self-state history and assessment results
- Messages with a therapist you connected to, and the connection itself
What we keep, and why
- Anonymous, aggregated usage countsThese carry no identifier and cannot be traced back to you.
- Records we are legally required to holdFor example a safeguarding record, if one was ever created. Kept only for as long as the law requires.
Deletion completes within 30 days. You can stop it by emailing us at any point before then.
