The IFS App was created to bring Internal Family Systems therapy tools to more people — gently, accessibly, and with clinical rigour.
Most IFS journalling apps are little more than mood trackers with parts labels. We built something different: an adaptive onboarding system, a living parts map, somatic logging, polarisation tracking, and an unburdening readiness signal — tools that would genuinely help someone doing real IFS work between sessions.
The app was started by Imran Hashmi, a UK-based entrepreneur. Imran went through Internal Family Systems therapy himself and found it profoundly beneficial — so he began this project as a charity, public-welfare effort to bring the same relief to people living with anxiety, depression, and other struggles. It is built and maintained by ZenApps UK. Our philosophy: the Self already knows. The app holds space for that knowing.
💛 A charity project — free for everyone
IFS App is free, ad-free, and never sold. We don't charge clients or therapists. If you'd like to help us keep it free and reach more people who are suffering, a small donation helps us propagate IFS to those who need it most.
