About Internal Family Systems Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based psychotherapy model developed by Dr Richard Schwartz. IFS views the mind as naturally composed of "parts" — sub-personalities that carry burdens from past experiences — alongside a core "Self" that is compassionate and curious.
